Prime Team Annual Retreat 2026 in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Santa Fe, thank you for an unforgettable week!

The Prime team recently gathered for our annual retreat in Santa Fe, on the traditional lands of Pueblo and Navajo peoples. The retreat was an opportunity to strengthen our relationships and deepen our communication practices as we continue to scale untapped climate solutions with precision and speed.

The Prime Team gathered outside an art wall for a group photo after their Railyard Park Conservancy volunteer work.

A central part of the week was a series of workshops led by Omnymyst, where we practiced frameworks for giving and receiving feedback and building greater trust in how we communicate with one another.

We also spent time giving back to the warm and friendly Santa Fe host community through invasive species cleanup at Railyard Park Conservancy, guided by Horticulture Director Peggyjoy Hodgen.

Beyond our workshops and service project, the team explored Santa Fe’s history, landscapes, and culture through e-bike city tours, walking tours, and a Diablo Canyon jeep excursion. We enjoyed local restaurants, a surprise mariachi birthday performance, the abundance of art galleries, and the chance to watch Pueblo hoop dancers perform in the park.

A big shout out to our photographer, Lis Christy for capturing our team’s headshots and group photo in front of the El Dorado Hotel and Spa.

We returned energized, connected, and deeply grateful for the opportunity to do this work together.
