In Mid-November, Prime’s Assistant Director, Partnerships, Lindsey White joined peers at “Collaboration for Catalytic Capital,” a practitioner-focused gathering in NYC for catalytic capital investors, co-hosted by Prime ecosystem partners Toniic and The Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN). This interactive, workshop-based gathering forged connections and explored solutions to the significant barriers that are hindering the flow of catalytic capital – such as silos between investor types, fragmented deal flow, and a lack of shared infrastructure. Participants explored diverse case studies, with key takeaways including the importance of promoting collaboration and the emergence of investor alliances; sharing learnings from investments that did not go as planned; and finding pathways for replicable innovation. Looking to 2026, Prime is excited to continue to help break down barriers hindering the flow of catalytic capital to climate solution and to continue sharing its knowledge and learnings with the robust impact ecosystem, for the benefit of all.
