Lila provides high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the Managing Director of Trellis Climate and the Senior Leadership Team. She’s motivated by creating systems that make complex work feel manageable and by supporting leaders so they can stay focused on what matters most.
Lila is a systems-minded operator with nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit operations in NYC and on the Oregon coast, supporting organizations through transition and designing processes that help teams collaborate effectively. Her hospitality background shaped her people-centered, anticipatory approach to service, and she’s inspired by roles that let her support people through complexity with steadiness and intention. At Prime, Lila is energized by supporting executive leaders and strengthening the operational backbone behind climate solutions.
