Dan leads the Catalytic Investing team at Prime. As a reformed banker turned impact investor, Dan is passionate about facilitating more rapid and effective flows of catalytic capital, enabling the movement to reach its full potential and deliver with the urgency required to meet the current moment.
Dan brings over 15 years of investment expertise across global capital markets, spanning climate VC, private debt, impact-linked equity, funds, and catalytic capital strategies at Goldman Sachs, I-DEV, Global Innovation Fund, and Mercy Corps Ventures. He holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Brown University, has lived and worked across Latin America, Africa, and the U.S., and executed over 100 transactions across a diversity of climate themes and stages. A serial marathoner-turned-biker (to spare his knees), Dan also loves playing frisbee, cooking, seeking out unique culinary experiences, and reveling in his artistic family that includes organic chocolatiers, modern dancers, short story authors, wine experts, and talented artists.
