Justine Houghton
Manager, Partnerships Operations
Justine is the Manager of Partnership Operations at Prime Coalition, where she supports the organization’s efforts to mobilize catalytic capital for high-impact climate solutions. In her role she is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Prime's partnerships operations with a primary focus on donor database management, prospect management, and developing systems that enable more effective fundraising and deepen engagement with mission-aligned partners.
Justine brings a strong background in nonprofit development and operations, with over 15 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Antioch College as well as a Master of Public Policy from DePaul University. Based in Chicago, in her free time, Justine enjoys traveling, reading, and finding fun new ways of connecting with her community, friends, and family.
