Assistant Director, Impact
As Prime’s Assistant Director of Impact, Claudia helps center impact in the ideation, design, and implementation of Prime’s impact strategy, with a specific focus on guiding the expansion of Prime’s catalytic investing programs.
An environmentalist and systems-thinker, Claudia has worn a variety of hats exploring mechanisms for harnessing capital to fund high-impact solutions that catalyze meaningful change. She’s worked with a range of for profit and nonprofit organizations on topics including urban & transportation policy, energy efficiency, and microfinance. Before Prime, Claudia worked as the Climate Practice Lead at Tideline, a leading impact advisory firm, where she partnered with large institutional investors in the development of their impact investing programs through impact strategy, impact management system design, and impact diligence support.
Claudia is energized and inspired by Prime’s mission of mobilizing capital toward critical and overlooked climate solutions. When not at her desk, she enjoys running, hiking, wading in the ocean, and searching for her next sweet treat. Claudia holds a B.A. from Pitzer College, where she double-majored in Economics and Environmental Public Policy.
