Anna Goldstein

Anna's role at Prime is to oversee the design and execution of programming to achieve Prime’s climate mission, putting impact at the forefront of everything we do. She ensures that Prime’s catalytic investing and knowledge-sharing programs are laser-focused on unlocking more capital to flow toward climate solutions. Through her career, Anna has viewed climate impact through different lenses: first as a chemist studying nanomaterials for energy harvesting and storage, then as a social scientist studying the effectiveness of clean energy research funding programs. Anna was the founding Executive Director of the Energy Transition Institute at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she led efforts to integrate different ways of thinking about technology and social equity in the energy transition. She is inspired by the diversity, creativity, and compassion of her fellow humans.
