As part of Prime’s commitment to transparency and accountability, Stone Soup Consulting conducted a five-year impact evaluation to assess progress since the first evaluation in 2020 and provide forward-looking recommendations to strengthen Prime's impact mission.

The evaluation confirms that Prime has successfully executed its theory of change by de-risking early-stage ventures, building accountability infrastructure, and mobilizing significant capital for climate solutions.

With strategic refinements to measurement approaches, resource allocation, and operational systems (i.e., clear workflows, better integrated tools, enhanced learning loops, stronger internal coordination), Prime is well-positioned to strengthen its effectiveness and further its mission of catalyzing transformational climate impact.
