We are excited to share that Porsha Olayiwola, the current Poet Laureate for the City of Boston, will be performing at this year’s Annual Investor Meeting. Don’t miss her captivating live performance at 4:30 PM ET.

A Note on In-Person Attendance

With 76 investors in Prime Impact Fund, and over 100 investors in Azolla Ventures, we’re well above the industry median number of investors in a fund. In fact, we’ve grown so much over the past years that we’re now in a humbling position.

While we’d love to welcome an unlimited number of people to join us at the Prime Impact Fund and Azolla Ventures Investor Meetings, due to venue capacity constraints, we are kindly limiting in-person participation to one person per organization.

As we did in 2022, we will of course have a virtual participation option for all investors, with no limitations on virtual attendees. We will also record the sessions if you cannot join us in-person or online. As we move closer to the event and assess registration, we will evaluate whether we can open up any other in-person seats. Please don’t hesitate to connect with us if you have any questions.

  • Each year, Prime Impact Fund and Azolla Ventures convene fund investors to share updates and information on each respective fund and its portfolio companies.

    If you’re an investor in Prime Impact Fund, join us for the morning and early afternoon session (9:25 am - 2:15 pm). If you’re an investor in Azolla Ventures, join us for lunch and the afternoon (12:15 - 5:00 pm). If you’re an investor in both funds, you’ve got a full day—join us for everything.

    All invitees are invited to join us for the reception and dinner (5:00 - 8:30 pm).

  • This year’s meeting is on October 26, 2023 at Convene (One Boston Place, Boston, MA). Prime Impact Fund investors will meet in the morning, Azolla Ventures investors will meet in the afternoon, and Prime Coalition content will be in the early afternoon.

  • Getting to the venue

    Convene at One Boston Place is located on Court Street in the downtown financial district near the following metro stations:

    • Government Center Station (BL, E, D, C, B)

    • State Station (OL, BL)

    You can park in Pi Alley (275 Washington St.) or the One Beacon Street Garage (1 Beacon Street).

    Getting to the event space

  • All invitees received an invitation via Greenvelope in July 2023.

  • We’re following the guidance of our venue, Convene. We strongly encourage all attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We will follow local guidance regarding masking requirements. Please join us virtually if you are exhibiting any symptoms associated with COVID-19.

  • Business casual dress is preferred. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

  • Yes, we have secured a room block at Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston with a room rate of $409/night for Wednesday, October 25 and Thursday, October 26. The hotel is one block away from the venue, located at 54-68 Devonshire Street, Boston, MA 02109. There are a limited number of rooms available. You can book a room directly using this link.
